How do you get Panda?
Check the live gem shop. If Panda is not listed, you cannot buy it. Do not build a gem budget around a sold-out row.
How do you use Panda?
If stock returns, judge Panda the same way as any new character: learn the minigame, then compare clears with your current farmer. Until then, ignore it.
